Microscopic picture of dinos?

Just wondering am I correct on my diagnosis of having dinoflagellates in my tank? What is the best way to treat these guys that is efficient and safe for a mixed Reef? Thinking about using a UV sterilizer.

Yep Dino’s. Sorry about that.

What worked best for me was stable elevated nutrients, manual removal and a UV sterilizer with a flow meter. I measured nutrients twice a day and doses every 2 hours. That’s the kind of stability it took to see results. Basically I followed page one of the huge Dino thread.

Do they move around a central point? If so they may be ostreopsis and UV will help.
