Microsurgery on my Corals

Yeah right! Lol All I did was remove some Anthelia from a 2 of my corals today. I did it inside a large bowl with tank water. I used a pair of tweezers and really got down to the rock everywhere it was attached... I know that at a microscopic level, I left tissue behind... I was very careful. There no damage to the finger coral that remained.

Should I be worried about anything? The ones I “operated” on are definitely in shock... just shrunk up.
