Midas Blenny not doing well

Fish is trying to eat but spits it out. He’s trying to eat a lot so I hope at least something is entering his stomach.

I’m glad I put him in the QT. It seems like one of my fish were stressing him out in the main tank because he never attempted to eat.

My fish list:
yellow tang
Blue tang
Orange shoulder tang
Naso tang
Leopard wrasse
Bellus angel
Clarkii clown pair
Redfin wrasse
Foxface
Flame hawkfish
And of course, the midas.

I’m thinking it’s the Lamarck angel? Not sure because I never saw aggression.

I'm going to ask @Jay Hemdal but I think he is out of town. I remember him mentioning one illness - where the fish tries to feed but does not. I'm hoping he will answer. Flukes can cause a yawning behavior as well
