Need some advice. For the last day or so my Blenny hasn't been able to swim. No spots, his color is still bright yellow, and he's not breathing heavy. He's normally the boss of the tank and is extremely active and has tons of personality. I found him yesterday in a weird position and every so often he's somewhere else in the tank curled up. I poked him a little with a baster to see if he would move and he kinda just shimmied a little. His back half is constantly curled and it appears he cant swim or move well. Any advise? Thank you

With the back curled and not swimming much it almost sounds like a possibility of jumping and smashing into something hard?

I really think it's an injury. If I go to nudge him he moves, but he cant swim. Then he just goes right back to laying on whatever is closest. He doesn't look sick. I'm just not sure what to do if it is an injury

I’m not very knowledgeable on much and especially not on fish injuries but from the threads I’ve read all you can do especially for internal injuries like if he hurt his spine it to wait it out, make sure he’s getting food, quality food, use some garlic and selecon in the food to help aid in recovery.

I have a 20 gallon in my bedroom that currently only has a clown goby in it. I netted the Blenny and put him in the smaller tank so I could keep an eye on him. I dose garlic daily and I soak their food in amino's daily so hopefully he eats. Today was the first day he didn't eat. I tried spot feeding him and still refused. He's my favorite fish so I really hope he pulls through. Thanks for the replies

That sucks, sorry to hear that’s happening to him. Keep up updated

Whatever happened here? Mine Midas Blenny has been doing the same, keeps actively trying to swim, eats, but seems like he’s physically incapable of swimming.
