Hey everyone noticed last night my Midas blenny face was a little darker and his stomach was weird. Almost looks like he’s constipated. Same thing when I got home from work today. Fed him some deshelled peas and he ate some. He’s still eating and active, anything else I can do? Sorry for the poor image quality best I could get with home swimming around

Food + Focus + a dash of plain epsom salts can work for simple constipation.

Okay will pick up some epsom salt. My mom said she did see him poop a little so at least I know now that some stuff is moving. Will continue to monitor though

Has the fish been dewormed or treated for external/internal parasites?

No didn’t have a qt set up but he’s Been in my display tank for about 6 months now. No other fish were introduced after him and he’s been perfectly healthy until this

Perfectly healthy means nothing to internal parasites...he might have a belly full of worms...
I myself would feed food soaked in metro bound with focus.

I like general cure mixed with focus and a dash a epsom salt...can feed directly to tank without issue provided you have seachem focus. Feed for 3 weeks

Okay I’ll grab some seachem focus and epsom salt today and mix it with frozen food and feed

And how long should I soak the food? Just ordered metroplex and focus off of Amazon.
