Recently acquired midas goby. Did 3 weeks in QT. 5 days in this appeared. Thinking fungus. Doesn't look like ich, definitely not velvet. Any advise. No one else seems to be affected. Full reef setup in 100g. Thinking prazipro to be safe?

Try to get white light photos. Impossible to tell for sure on the heavy blues.
It appears to be lymphocytosis, which is a viral infection that often comes as a result of stress, improper diet, or poor water quality, but is generally harmless and goes away on its own.

What did you treat it with while it was in quarantine?
Can you post a picture under white light?
Does the fish have any other symptoms like rapid breathing or not eating?
Prazipro is essentially reef safe, but it only works against flukes and this doesn't look like flukes.
External fungus diseases are very rare (non-existent almost) in tropical marine fish.
