As you might know, I'm moving to the Nashville, Franklin area in 3 weeks. I've been scouting homes in the Franklin area and one has turned up that I think is just what I'm looking for.

I'm concerned the house will rent before I come to town next weekend to check it out, so I'm looking for someone to go check out the house for me, meet the landlord, take pics, etc.

Location is downtown Franklin.

I'm happy to pay anyone who is willing to scope it out for me!

You could probably call or email the landlord or listing agent and they can take some photos for you. They would probably be able to answer your questions better and even work something out about holding it until you get here. Just an idea. I could go tomm and check it out, if your that concerned about it.

I won't know the size of tank I'm building till I find the house where we are living. I want to go bigger but I have to keep in mind we will be renting so I can't go bazonkers and take over half the house with a tank.
