Mighty Dragon Acro

Trying to figure out where the Mighty Dragon Acro came from.
I have a nice piece that's growing pretty good.
Have it now for about three years and got it from a Vendor on here, I just forgot who it was.
Maybe some geeks here can help me out to find out who it was/is.

Maybe this might help, part of the post stated "this coral was imported from Bali to Reef Raft (Canada) back in the early 2000s and grown by several advanced aquarists in the greater Toronto Area. A piece of this coral was then sold to select coral retailers like Coral in the Reef and ReefFarmers before makings it's way down the pipeline into reef tanks across the US and beyond."

Thanks a bunch but that page can't be found and if I do my deeper NSA search it refers me to the Red Dragon. Red Dragon Acropora is a coral that's worthy of the hype ? Advanced Aquarist | Aquarist Magazine and Blog
Not that long ago some one was talking about the Mighty Dragon on R2R, just getting old here and losing track and threads, LOL.

Rocky Mountain Frags had the ultimate dragon. Not sure if that came from Jared originally or Leo from Coral Revolution.

On the RMF home page, it's the coral on the far left circle where it says "Rare".

Just had some time to check it out and not sure why I called it Ultimate as it is the Mighty Dragon, LOL Revolution Mighty Dragon - 1"+ Frag | Coral Revolution
Not really a Dragon in my eyes as Leo refers it back to a shortcake The Bali Shortcake is a new rosey colored Acropora latistella
Any ways this is what I got from them in early 2013.
For a long time it just stayed as a nub and went through a tough time but survived all the trouble.
Will put a pic up this weekend.

It seems you have to pay and do time for this acro. I was going to rename my frag as the "Might Dragon" but eventually it delivered. I acquired mine from Leo around June of 2013 and finally my brown nub started to grow 3 months ago. Tempted to frag the lower right branch but I'm hesitating. The color should deepen and brighten some more once the colony gets bigger. This coral is kept under Radion Pro Gen3. Whoever owns this coral should post their piece. I remember seeing somewhere someone have a pretty decent sized colony and was selling frags of it.

Nice piece.
I feel bad as I had promised a picture of it but it just slipped the mind.
Will see how my weekend is going or better yet d2mini might drop in tomorrow, hoping he can bring his photo gear.

Mines grown into a small colony over the last couple years but unfortunately I don't have the real estate to provide enough light for it so it's colors leave a little to be desired and the angels bite the tips off all the time so .......This also came from Leo back in 2013

Any updates?
I'm thinking of purchasing this coral. Just wondering how it looks for everybody and if it's worth the hefty price tag?

I need to place a picture still, The Mighty is growing like crazy and it looks exactly like it on the site.
I know what you mean with the price, hoping to release some frags in the fall but for a price drop.

Beautiful!!! Did it do most of its growth under your LEDS? I think I read somewhere you no longer use them

Leds were ok, but the growth took of under T5 like crazy.

It's crazy how different mine looks, I need to move it up and see what happens.

I learned it should be about half way.
Had it for a while about 4" of the bottom and it was dark with a green base.
When I moved it up it turned into a solid pink acro.
Than I moved it in more flow and BOOM, yellow tips, pink/salmon color and it grew like crazy.
Not so much PE during the day but at night it looks like a milli.
