Mike and Terry's 300g Reef

I am always so inspired when you guys post pics. Your fish selection is 2nd to none.. Love it (love the whole tank really but your fish selection is awesome.)

Beautiful pictures Terry, gorgeous fish

Thank you Barb! I think I'm almost as addicted to our Nikon D300s as I am to this hobby, LOL.

Thank you for that awesome compliment! We're going to try to post up some coral pics in the next couple of days.

Sorry about the poor quality... I was pressed for time.

Thanks Chris! They are separated because the male was attacking the juvenile incessantly. We're hoping they will pair up since LA DD sold them as a pair. Only time will tell. The juvi can cross over to the other side and has been doing a bit of that, so maybe there is hope.

Cool video thanks for sharing!

Thanks Rev!

Did anyone notice the two little "cuties" in the video (on the back left side of the QT)? They are a *tiny* pair of mated tank bred Kaudern's Cardinals. We've been wanting them for a while and when we saw a pair pop up on LA DD, we couldn't pass them up.

I did actually and thought that I need a pair! LOL!

I just went through entire thread. Like I said earlier... This is an amazing system... I am literally reading it for a 2nd time!!!

Do you guys have any problems with the regel angel abd corals? I love that fish but scard to get one...

Hahah... you should get a pair! I think I'm going to put ours in the soon-to-be nano tank.

We have learned that she has a taste for zoa's and she will nip at some acans. She did devour an Elegance coral (along w/our filefish), but it had been damaged. She does occasionally nip at SPS, but doesn't cause any damage.

All in all, she is well worth it to us. We keep our zoas and a couple of our acans in another tank to alleviate the temptation.

Cool, thanks! That fish is worth it. I love them but probably wont get one till im able to get a bigger tank. Im over stocked on fish if anything as it is.. lol

The male (left) was purchased as a juvenile female from an LFS. He had been at the store for 3 or 4 weeks. The ladies (one is pictured on the right) came from Live Aquaria. They are very active fish and the male is quite a "HAM", lol.

I did notice. Ive been so tempted to sale my large female so I can get a pair. Ive been trying to find a large male to pair her up with but only ever run across tiny ones. I could never do it though, I get attached to my fish like most people do dogs and cats. She'll just have to be a loner I guess. My LFS took down a show tank the other day that had a large male that they were gonna let me have but it unfortunately didn't make it. Enough rambling out of me, congrats on your little ones theyre so cool at that size.

We bought what was supposed to be a "pair" several years ago. They were definitely NOT and the smaller of the two didn't last more than a couple of years. We lost the larger one during the 7 month ordeal in our garage while waiting for our replacement tank from the LFS. They are very cute when they are this small and it is good to see that these two actually "like" each other, LOL.

Couldn't resist sharing another pic of our "Hulk", lol

This is our former female Bell's:

I don't think I've ever posted a pic of Christmas Favia. Snapped this pic today and thought I'd share:

Hahah Thanks! We named him that because he has so much green coloration and he is MASSIVE. He loves to strut around the tank and show us his pecks, LOL.
