lfs has one for $125. had it since December.
I told him it wasn't looking very well. I'd be happy to take it at a reduced price.

$$ isn't the issue. I'm a huge believer in credit card/instant gratification since I'm old and running out of time.
the issue would be:
1. what to do with all the current live stock
2. redoing the wall and electric
3. getting a bigger tank down the stairs and in to place
4. not sure the floor would handle it
