Check with a structural engineer but you might be able to pour a housekeeping slab over your existing slab. Basically a 4 or 5 inch thick slab slightly larger than your stand. High strength fiber reinforced concrete.

issue here is high water table.

I've got green sinulara, nepthea and cabbage and all are green with no light on them.
well.... obviously some light, otherwise it would be dark and you wouldn't be able to see them.

the kaji opened up. can't get a good pic though.
it's in the frag rack at the back bottom of the tank.
I don't clean the back glass all that much.
but I see potential. I see fishy's frag.
