Tank is a reef with fish, 2+years old. 75 gals with 20 gal sump refuge.
I have had this milky water for 6 wks. looks like new tank syndrome
I have a sock and a hang on back filter, hob filter 2 wks to maybe help. Not
I know it is maybe some sort of bloom, my problem is how to get rid of it.
Corals and fish don't seem to affected. Some algae of course but not out of control.
I have done water changes but no help.
Thank you for your help.

Any micros in sump? I woke up one day to same thing think some of my macro went asexual

Milky water follow up
After 6 weeks of milky water and crying for help I finely come across the answer for just $20.
I purchased a $20 UV lamp on Amazon. Installed it yesterday afternoon, this morning awoke to crystal clear water.
Hope this may help someone else with the same problem.
