Ive got multiple milleporas but colors just see bla to none. They are growing well with very good polyp extention. All my parameters are perfect. Minimal nitrates by salifert, 0.03 phosphates by hana, ca 410-430, alk 7. Using 10 ATI T5s. ? Not enough light maybe bring closer to the top?

Are you using a good reflector? Is the fixture ATI. Move one up and see if that helps. How high is the fixture?

Take a frag and move to a higher and lower location to see the results also bulb age and combo can have a effect.

I doubt he's going to know his iodine and potassium, and even if he did I don't think it would be the cause of the problem anyway.

I just added 2 10K now with 4 blue plus 3 coral plus and 1 purple plus. Mg is 1450, potassium 319, phos 0.04, nitrate 1.0, iodine 0.04. I have moved the rose mille and another redish mille to the highest point in the tank now just give it some time.

It might just be the bulb combo. Personally I haven't had too much luck with Coral+ or Aquablue Special. My corals tend to look pale under them. Just look at how little spectrum they have.

Aquablue Special

Compared to Geisemann Aquablue Plus

Coral Plus

Compared to UVL Actinic White or...

...or Reef Spec Blue White

119 gal with sump. I added two 10K coralife 39w. From previous discusions now just have to see if a visible difference occurs.

But you should be able to get good color prior to adding Acro Power. It seems it would be good to know the why first then add a supplement to enhance but nots as a fix.

Just started acropower daily dosing with a bubble magus. Only into it for past 1 week.

If coral are growing that's a good sign of health imo I don't see a problem that needs to be fixed from what the op said, His perameters are good, I think adding some amino would help color up the millie right now imo.

I just had water tested by aquariumwatertesting all parameters on target just as I thought. I think its got to be a light issue.

I had a couple acros that never colored up until I started adding aminos sometimes certain acros in certain systems just need a certain "boost" for lack of a better word to get them to color up the way you want, The acros were healthy and growing well and there was nothing I needed to fix besides feeding them.

Imo you have great lighting for coloring up acros so I don't think it's the lighting personally.

I use Acro Power and have seen a more vibrant color to all my sps but I had good color prior to using it and great growth and PE but if he's having lighting issue it would seem you'd want to solve it to get the best from your corals without depending solely on the Acro Power.
How much better would his corals look if the light issue is resolved first?

Light issue? I don't see 10 bulb t5 being a light issue the bulb combo is fine to.
