I had no idea how to ask this question but saw on a youtube video someone reference Axial Corallites. I have 3 Millepora in my 180 and the "tentacles/fuzzy stuff" all grow out well but they have mostly lost the Axial Corllites (I think thats what its called) or the edgy parts of the Millepora.
I have gone through a very ULN period while stripping some algae from the tank that I think may have caused this but have raised my Nitrates 5-10 and have my Phosphates at .02 pretty consistently now for a few months.
Has anyone ever seen this before? Is this a sign of too much light or not enough light?
