Looking for a way to prevent accidental overdoses of kalk from my ATO...I have a tunze osmolater. Seems like a lot of people use them for calcium reactors but I don't specifically see mention of use with an ATO. Any thoughts why it would or wouldn't work?

It should be able to. As your ato fills up your tank, if it gets stuck on your ph will skyrocket, and it should trigger the ph controller and kill power to your ato. I think brs did something similar to this on the 160 in its early days.

Great, thanks!
