I currently have a 75g display set up (about 15-20g sump). It’s been up for about a month and realized the seams are slowly separating. To be safe, I am totally replacing the system due to never knowing when the tank is going to start leaking. I’ve been given the opportunity to purchase a 100g display (W/ a 45g sump). My concern is I need to Move everything over right away and don’t have the time or space to set it up and let it cycle. I’ve watched videos on how to do it, but would be welcomed to any advice. I’ve been told both not to and to re use sand due to it being a month old. I’m just nervous to throw my fish and coral in there an the tank goes through another cycle.
