Mini Feather Duster or Hydroid?

I have these tube like feather dusters growing around my torch as well as before the filter socks in my sump. Are they feather dusters, Hydroids or other? And should I manually remove / worry about them?

I think these are different then what I have in my sump. J am going to try and get better photos of both tomorrow and post them. Thanks for the responses thus far

feather dusters; hydroids don't attach with a tube structure like dusters do. Good find - I feed mine Marine Snow, phyto, rotifers and stirred up gravel, lol. IMHO they add interest and biodiversity.
