Hi All

I have a 25g lagoon. The tank is over 3 yrs old.

I want to add a basket with chaeto in the back chamber.

I'd like to do this on a diy level but need some help.

Which chamber should the Chaeto be kept in, the overflow chamber or second chamber?

Also how many watts do I need to light it?

I asked a related question recently on my JBJ and @mahindra.dev had some great insight in post 5 and 6. He suggested the up flow chamber (second chambers on your 25 Lagoon tank) and made some good points:

Adding an algae reactor would be so much more efficient. I did a brs algae reactor for about $80 and Marine Depot has one put together for about $140. You drop the pump in one of the back chambers and put the reactor in the cabinet. Trying to do a fuge in one of the back chamber usually doesn't work that we'll for most.
