Mini-Maxi Anemone is acting weird

My Mini-Maxi Anemone is doing something I have never seen it do. It is really shrunk down in size all of the sudden and it now has this... gelatinous ball of goo in the center.

Is he okay? (You can really zoom in on that pic)

I stressed my tank out pretty hard on Saturday. He hasn’t been fed since last night. I’ve seen him expel waste.... it’s usually a long string.

The globe of whatever that was is gone now and he is opening back up. (Whew)
