Mini Maxi?

Found this on my live rock after a couple of weeks 'cooking', been back in the main tank for a couple of weeks now and seems happy enough. Two questions, first am I right in saying it is a mini maxi? Second, do they change colour over time or stay more or less the same.

PS Got a purple foot which can't be seen in the photo...
