Thinking of a VarioS-6 Reef Octopus return pump for my reefer 350 which is around 92G.

Couldn't find the min output, max is around 1700gph

Is it too much for a Reefer 350 which on their website states recommend 800GPH?

I have one on my 75g tank... currently have it on setting #3 with no problems. It's a great pump... extremely quiet, can't hear a noise from it.

I know this is an old post but I'm curious if anyone running a varios has noticed any decline in flow over the long term. I have one on my reefer 350 with a manifold and I used to run it at 3 but recently bumped it up to 4 because I felt I was getting inconsistent flow. Also the lights on the controller stopped working on 1,2, and 3, but work fine on 4 & 5 ?

Subjectively I've noticed a drop in flow output over time but seems to improve if i break down the pump and ckean it. Right now, I'm being lazy and instead just bumped my flow up from 2 to 3, lol. I'll drop it back down after a good cleaning soon.

No problems with my controller lights, though. Maybe your controller is malfunctioning with controlling your flow since showing it is having problems with the lights also malfunctioning.
