Minimum temperature for marine fish only with rock tank

What would be the minimum temperature you could run marine fish only with live rock tank at and be able to expect the fish to remain healthy?

It wholly depends on the species of fish. However, most Atlantic reef species do best above 70 F. Pacific species a bit higher.

There is less individual differences when it comes to specific gravity/salinity - the typical minimum for long term is a SG of 1.018 or so, and short term is 1.009

Yeah I think realistically 22c or 72f is the lowest you would want to go for long periods of time.

I had my tank at 72 for years with no issues at all.

I keep my FOWLR at 74 degrees. Things feel good.
