Ok here's an update as to how the Mississippi River mud journey is going.
Tank cleared up after rinsing 2-3 times a day since the 18th so roughly 10days.
Let a 1/16-1/8 in thick coating of mud over sanded and rocks. So been turkey basting the rock off. Boyfriend used turkey batter when i was at work and is stirring the mud up with sand...checked for ammonia and according to api test kit I was. 50ppm I believe..
