Misbar clownfish: are they just Ocellaris?

My LFS has these guys labeled as Misbar but some of them look like Ocellaris (have all 3 bands). Are they the same species?

So they are the same fish except cosmetics?

Correct. Look-up "ORA misbar clownfish", and it will give you a little more information. They aquaculture them to present certain physical characteristics. The misbar has three white stripes, any of which can be complete or incomplete.
