Hi all, so I've had this bta for around 4 months in my 60 gallon cube, was doing fantastic and my clowns where hosting it. I recently decided to downsize my tank. The fish are happy and so are all the corals but the bta has gone missing. He was moving around in a deep crevice and was shrunken, he's gone missing for a few days now. There is a large cave which I can't see in but is home to my watchman goby but there is no light in it. The lighting level is so much stronger due to it being a shallow tank (AI Prime HD) is the lighting too strong? Or has it just not found its spot yet? I'm confused to where its gone. Btw the tank is using the same filter, lr, live sand, etc and as I said everything is doing fantastic. My starfish is even doing fine and they tend to react badly to changes. I'm not sure whats up with my anemone.

Probably just acclimating to the new scene. If stressed searching for it will cause more harm than good.

Defiantly something to keep an eye on and hopefully he's just looking for a new spot right now. I don't know exactly how long they can last without light but id imagine at the week point id try to get him into the light. I think I remember a BRS video where they talked about having a BTA hiding too long in their harem tank? Or maybe was another video not sure. GL!
