I have a bit of a mystery. I'm running a 120g mixed reef with a pretty typical live stock. Theres been no new additions for well over 3 months now. Recently (within the week) I've noticed 2 of my 3 cleaner shrimps are missin one red and one skunk cleaner. Leaving me with just 1 shrimp left. I'm gonna list most of my live stock and hopefully someone can shead some light on who may be a suspect, lol.
Blue spot goby (7") 《~~~ this is my #1 suspect
Yellow watchman paired with tiger pistol shrimp
Tiny candycane pistol shrimp
Purple tang
Naso tang
Foxface
Mandarin goby (dragonet)
Dusky jaw fish
Firefish goby
Tailspot blenny
6 line wrasse
Yellow choris wrasse
Green bubble tip, with porcelain crab host
Red bubble tip
2 clown fish
Tube anenome
So that's pretty much all I can think of, i also have a typical cuc snails, emerald crabs, hermits. The biggest mystery is that I've had these 3 shrimp for well over 6 months. Now all of the sudden there gone!!! any ideas would be useful. I'm sure some people may point the finger to the pistol shrimp but they've lived together for so long with no issues....I'm stumped.

Evening

ill throw in another suspect, the emerald crab. I don’t have 100% answer. As far a why now, I was wondering if you saw any molt shells recently? If they recently molted they just may be hiding for protection and you’ll see them again, or they were vulnerable and were eaten.

I would keep any eye out and hope to see them again.

I've seen them molt numerous times. I've checked the tank up and down front and back. I was always able to see their wishers. The emerald crab?? I have a few 1 is a really big male with large claws. Humm. I would of never thought it would be an emerald crab
