Missing clown

Came home from a 4 day vacation with the family and a 1 of my 2 clowns is missing and no where to be found. Everything else looks fine in the tank. Tank is covered. Is it possible my CUC could have took care of him if he died? I have a scarlet hermit, 10 blue legged hermits, a staghorn, emerald crab, cleaner shrimp, lrobably about 6 nassarius snails and other various snails.
