Missing fish

Usually first thing I do is make sure it did not jump out of the tank. If it's a large fish I remove remains if still intact. If the fish is difficult to retreive or the clean up crew as already mostly disposed of it I leave it. I am talking damsel sized fish not large angels, eels, lionfish... a fish that large I would remove. I have never torn rock work apart looking for a missing fish though.
