Missing fish

I had a mandarin and a firefush disappear from my tank. Cant find a trace of them anywhere and i mean anywhere. I took all my rockwork out and searched high and lo. Even around the tank. I also had all my polyps dissapear.... 8 frags. And all their growth. I thought zoa pox at first now with the 2 fish im thinking a possible predator in my tank... all i can think of is a giant bobbit worm

Really have no clue here... but can you send your water params. That may be the reason just in that. Clean up crew can make quick work of a small dead fish What else do you have in the tank. Give the stock rundown.

1 bta about 4in... too small to eat them. A sailfin blenny. The female mandarin that was paired with the male i lost. A firefish..... i used too have 2. 3 clownfish. 3 acan frags 1 red sponge. 1 blastomusa 1 duncan. 1 frogspawn. I hammer branching. And 2 kinds of mushrooms. Cuc is hermit crabs about 20 in my 40g. 3 turbo snails. 12 margarita snails. A tuxedo urchin. I expected to find the bones if the cuc got them... ph 8.4 calcium 450 dkh 9 phos 0-5ppm nitrates and nitrite and ammonia are undetectable. I beleive thats all the info. Sorry for the poor presentation

Also i have a Japanese pistol shrimp i havent seen since i added him. So i dont know if its still around
