Missing part of shipment

hey guys:

I placed a rather large order with you for overnight shipment and you missed putting in the 2 cans of Can O Cyclops. I emailed, called (that is useless) and filled out the form. It’s been weeks and I am not getting answers. Please refund if you don’t want to fill the order! I have to try here on the forum as you guys are not responding to any other methods.

Hey @AlgaeBarn - do you guys have any clue what is happening at your facility (reconstruction notwithstanding)? You don't answer emails, phone calls cant get past your answering device, even my post on here went unanswered almost a week later.

Your response to my initial contact over a month ago on missing items in the shipment is to “file a claim” and “send a picture of my tank??”

I file complaint through Paypal and you finally send a response that you shipped the missing order that day - which we now know was not true. When it does not show up I send you a note asking where it is and now the response is “we sent this request to shipping and are working on getting it out? It is 2 small cans, not an algae order that needs special packaging.

Incredibly poor customer service IMO.
