Missing Wrasse

How long would you consider to long for a Mcoskers Wrasse to hide in the sand? It’s been 6 days.

Doesn’t this wrasse sleep in a mucous cocoon? How new is the wrasse. I've had wrasses hide for up to 2 weeks.

He’s 6 days into being in the tank. I had a red fairy wrasse hide for 3 weeks once. Just wasn’t sure with this variety

They had but seems extended period. Check sump and overflow which they often end up in and I hate to say but check floor under and around the tank

A week is no big deal. I know it's hard not to worry

Depending on their fat reserves they can do a month without food. Any bullies?

No bullies. He was out and about until the lights went out. Everyone pretty much ignored him
