Missing Yellow Watchman Goby

Hi Folks, introduced a mid size YWG from LFS into my 10 gallon tank. There is already a small pistol shrimp who lives in a small cave somewhere but have never seen him since introduction, but I know he is well because of the new caves he makes every other day. The YWG did move around the tank after acclimation and I saw him last in the sand bed just getting used to the area. However this morning he went missing. Have a lid for the tank, checked the floor, sump (AIO) and all over. Didn’t show up to feed. I did not disturb the rock work and left some caves alone. Do they bury themselves in the sand ? The caves made by the pistol shrimp are small and narrow - can’t imagine him completely going inside that. Bummed that I can’t find him a 10gallon tank. Any thoughts ?

I have a Wheeler Goby that hides in the tunnels my tiny CandyCanePistolShrimp builds. I only see him with moon lightning. Or using red lights.

I hear that shrimp but I haven't seen it since I put him in there.
