So guys my goby who comes out to eat with his shrimp daily is MIA :( I thought okay he is just being lazy when he didn't come out yesterday but I saw his pet shrimp. So today still no YWG could he be coming out at night? I don't see him anywhere else....anyone have experience with this? Another day another problem.

You can always look around the rock work, move your aqua scape to see if he is just hiding in a different spot. Some times fish go MIA for weeks. Do you have a overflow box, sump? Have you checked around the outside of your tank for a deceased goby?

I didn't check behind my tank but nothing in front...no overflow box as I have a nano tank (biocube)...maybe he is coming out at night. One time he did that for a few days but I'm thinking he has to be eating. My tank does have copes so maybe he eats at night...ugh. This little 3" fish is causing me anxiety :(

Try turning the lights to 100% blue, sit back and watch. Might be a while before he might come out. I've dont this to watch my clearner shrimp spawn.
