Has anyone dealt with this company? After I ordered have not recieved any corispondance for 7 days and the only way to contact them is a e-mail address which they haven't answered.
 
Well I too made an order and paid for it on the 25th (last week). I have yet to receive a confirmation or even a thank you. I have sent several emails and I called and left a message last night. No one has called me back or replied to my emails. I thought we would have our fish yesterday or today and have had the tank ready for more than a week. I am not sure what to do either as Paypal will not refund my payment for 30 days and I do not have the money to buy elsewhere. I know my daughter is upset because she wants her seahorses.
 
I have heard good things about him in the past. Wonder if he is on vacation or something bad happened.
 
Yep something bad happened. I just got an email from Dana. They had a problem and lost everything. He told me he would be able to ship out orders on Monday. Hopes this helps.
 
Although he never asnswered any emails or phone calls he did make the delivery. Everything that was in the box was alive and did well but some of the things I ordered were not in the box and were substituted by things I did not want. So I don't know what to say except alive but not well done.
 
Sorry to hear Decalf - I have ordered from them before with no problems...good stuff at decent prices.
