Seller allowed a week to go by before mailing a quarts worth of chateo. And only communicated when prompted about expected arrival days after payment.

Package arrived in two sandwich sized bags, wrapped in another bag kept in a used amazon bubble mailer, inside a USPS box. The box was in my mailbox in a bag with a note from usps, explaining that my package was leaking and they had to wrap it to protect the other mail.
Bags and box showed no signs of damage other than water. Chateo was moist, and green. I put it in a strainer flushed it with tank water fully expecting something to flush out. To my surprise nothing, but needless to say being able to run my finger through it allowed me to see how thin and sparse it was.
Put it in my fuge basket and set my light to acclimate it. Next evening the chateo started breaking up. Now I am left with a racket ball size of seaweed.
Seller apologized for the delay, and was "surprised" of how it arrived. And explained it breaking apart was natural and to be expected.
Just disapointed and it has been the worst experience of buying things from this site, and I nearly bought by entire setup through the mail here and on other sites. However, this was my first "live" purchase. And no doubtly I will be more cautious.
