Are Mithraculus sculptus completely reef safe

Didn't like to keep anything but hermits in my tank crabwise.

I'm sure people have never had issues with them, but just look mean to me

Completely is a strong word. They're slow and prefer algae/easy to obtain frozen food. They're opportunistic scavengers though and have been known to occasionally snipe a very slow very dumb fish or a sick fish as well as nip the occasional coral if quite hungry.
