Mithrax Crab?

Looking for an ID on this guy. It is very elusive. Bets picture I have gotten so far. I was thinking Mithrax but figured I would ask the masses. Thanks in advance!

From the flat, broad claws. I'd say probably a porcelain crab. Do you see any feathery feeding appendages waving around near its mouth? Any clearer pictures?

Yes actually. There are two little “feathery fans” I have seen it using to eat.

Definitely porcelain crab then. They're cute.

Porcelain crab. Definitely a keeper. You can train them to eat feom a pipette if you drop pellets near them when they are "fanning" the water. Otherwise they will pick up detritus and filter feed from the water column.
