Mitras 7206 Blue Flashing Logo After Power Outage

We had a storm last night (in Los Angeles!) which caused a power outage. When the power came back on, one of my Mitras 7206 failed to connect and is flashing the blue GHL logo and the display is dark. My two other Mitras (a 7206 and 7204) are just fine.

My lights are set as slaves with my P4 as the master. I've rebooted the P4, power cycled the lights, rebooted my wifi, etc. but I cannot get the display to illuminate or the light to connect.

@Ditto @Dr. Jim @Vinny@GHLUSA Anyone? Please help?

I would be guessing, make sure you get a support ticket started.

Have you tried connecting to it via USB cable?

Yes, tried to connect USB cable, but it will not connect to GCC? I also tried hitting the hard reset button on the back of the fixture.

*Fun fact: this is actually the second time this has happened. The first time I gave up, threw the stupid thing in the garbage and bought a new light.

Did you try disconnecting the four pin connector between the lights and power supply?

@Ditto It was the 4 pin connection... ! Sometimes GHL makes it simple.

Saving this emergency guide though. Looks like some useful info. Thanks again for all of your help.

yea just ran into this problem. Why we have to disconnect the 4 pin power plug to fix i don't know; shouldn't powering off be enough ?

SO glad you created this thread. Had a power outage here today and the MASTER 7206 just went dark and the GHL logo blinked. I disconnected the 4-pin and reset it and WHAMO lights are working perfectly again.

Does anyone have any idea why this "method" resets the Mitras after a power outage? It seems like a power cycle should do that same thing but that is NOT the case. Once the unit starts "flashing the LOGO" the only thing I have found to work is to physically unscrew the connection between the light and the power supply.

Anyone with GHL have any input on this? @Vinny@GHLUSA @Matthias Gross or @Gaël ??

After an outage, there may be residual charge in the PSU. Nonetheless, it should not be necessary to disconnect the 4-pin connector each time to get the light to boot up again.
