Of cause it does. A better description of your problem is needed in order to help you - either here or by the support team in the ticket system.


About the ticket system

For support, please use our ticket system: Click here

When you have Click here- this window opens in a browser. Use Guest log in. Your name and e-mail

Inside the ticket system click at the Create new ticket in the upper menu

This page below will open - please fill it in with a good description of the problem. My experiences is - better description of the problem - faster and better solutions from the support team.

When support team have an answer to your questions - they will notice you through an e-mail.
Important: Do not answer the e-mail - instead open your ticket again and answer their questions in the ticket system
