beginner here - looking towards getting corals in the down the road.
I like softies and lps - how much more complicated would putting together mixed tank softy/lps vs just picking one?

Luckily most lps and softies do well in the same environments so I’d say your just fine with that style of mixed reef. It’s when you start adding sps to the mix like acros you start seeing the “puking migraine in a box” issues lol.

Softy lps are less particular about water quality and can co exist in the same tank.
Not so hard as long as no fish are coral pickers.
