You could cut back on nutrient export if you don't want to feed more.

You think i'm overfeeding?
Also do you think if i put the peppermint shrimp in the refugium they'd be fine or should i just take them back to the LFS

If your nutrients are low and you don't have algae issues, no I wouldn't say your over feeding.

As for the shrimp, im not sure.
