Mixing 2 brands of copper?

Hello
I have a qt with cupermine @.12, the fish I want to qt is a angel and is very sensitive to cuppermine so I bought copper power. Do I have to take out all the cuppermine from this tank and resdose with copper power or I can just dose copper power in to this tank?

To summarize my question,
Can I mix both coppers together is it lethal to the fish?

I wouldn’t mix those two, the recommended dosing is completely different. They are different forms of copper.

Agree, I’d remove the cupramine before switching. One is chelated and one is ionic, they test differently and have different therapeutic levels.
