I currently have 3a and 3b in separate containers. I have 4 chamber doser but now I need to use one of the Chambers.

Can I simply pour 3a & 3b into the same chamber? i have read that you can butnwhat concerns me is, when these are dosed into the sump at the same time, the liquid turns white. is this a reaction to salt water or when 3a & 3b mix together?

Current product 3A and 3B are exactly the same liquids with the exact same chemistry.
Technically you can put 3A in the container when that's gone you can put the 3B in the container or vice versa. There is no need to mix the contents together.
You just have to dose double the amount. If you had them separate and dosed 5ml each.
You need to dose 10ml with a single pump.

The precipitate you see is a momentary reaction to the saltwater and normal.

Why have they named it 3a & 3b? why don't they just name it 3, and say you need double the dosage? seems a strange way of going about it.
Thanks for the info anyway

I believe when triton first started out the chemistry was different.
That why I said CURRENT product is not this way.

I understand your point.
Why do they call a tank that holds only 132 gallons of water a 150? ROTFL.

In the past the 2 parts (3a and 3b) were slightly different. We have left it the same as it is what people are used to and they should be able to dose all parts equally.

The fact that they are now both the same should be a bonus now for anyone wanting to use a 3 head dose pump or want to free up one head for another product.
