Mixing a Kalkwasser Slurry?

Is there any disadvantage to mixing a Kalkwasser slurry before pouring it into a BRUTE frilled with RODI?

My BRUTE is in a hard to reach place and it would be much easier to mix in a slurry then to mix in powdered lime.

No matter how careful I try to be, the lime dust seems to just fly.

That's fine.

Just be sure to mix some more after adding it.

Funny thing is a few months ago I wouldn't have a mask handy.

Now I never leave home without one.

Hey, at least there's been one good thing coming from this mess, safer handling of lime.
