I have a 180 with three established lyretail anthias, ones a male. I am wanting to pick up a trio of Bartlett anthias. Is it okay to put these two species together or will they just fight? Also, if it's okay to mix them can I get a male bartletts anthias since I have a male lyretail?

I have the same question. Does anyone have experience keeping lyretails and Bartlett’s together?

I asked my go to saltwater guy before about mixing different species (including males) and he said it was ok. Just can’t add multiple males of the same species.

Mixing Lyretails and bartletts will be fine. They're both on the aggressive end of anthias species.
