Looking to fill my Reefer 250 that I just set up… there is no way for me to use cans in the situation I am in with out a major major headache. Is there anyway to mix it in the tank/sump? Also, I have life rock and live sand I would need to add. Not sure what order I could add them to make it all work it at all.

You can mix the saltwater in your aquarium as long as nothing is living in your aquarium.

I'd add live rock, then sand, then fill with water (keeping track of how much you added), then mix in the salt. ^_^ Easy. :3
