Can these co-exist peacefully? Lunares wrasse, Red Coris, Green wrasse, Yellow Coris wrasse, Six Line wrasse.
How about Tangs? Desjardini's Sailfin Tang, Tomini Tang, Yellow Kole Tang, Clown Tang.

Blue Spot Puffer and Blue Throat Trigger fish.

How big is the tank, unless it's a few hundred gallons probably not.

In the planning stage. What about if introduced small? All would need a good depth sandbeg, fine sand, not bare bottom. Is that correct?

Start by doing some research on the fish you mentioned. Only the yellow coris which is actually a halichoeres wrasse needs sand of those mentioned. 6 line wrasses generally don't cohabitate well with other labrids.
Starting small will help but there are a lot of 1 foot plus, aggressive fish. unless you are talking about a 300-500 gal its a recipe for disaster.

I’m not sure about the wrasses, but the puffer is going to be a waste-making machine. The blue throat is about the best one you can add as far as triggers go, since they don’t grow as much as the other triggers and are relatively peaceful, even a little shy. Should max our at about 9” or so.

As for the tangs, 4 seems like a lot unless, as noted, you are talking about a 300+ gallon tank. The success I’ve had with tangs have come by not combining any of the same genus and adding them all at the same time. In my experience, established tangs can be very mean to new tangs, even of different genus. Overall, I’ve limited myself to 3 in a 200 gallon, with enough rock and caves for all to hide and sleep, and it has worked out well.
