Mixing salt question

Can i mix salt in this trash can container? its Bluehawk from lowes.

Its a little cheaper compared to Brute one.

Yes you can. Go to Walmart you may find a cheaper one there.

Just get a brute. Don't try and save a few bucks. Some of these cheaper ones have seams that are welded and they can fail if you have them full of water and bump them. One of my friends went cheap and REALLY regretted it with 30 gallons of saltwater to clean up.

Any HDPE or food-grade trash can is totally fine, though.
