Mixing salt temp?

When mixing salt do you heat temp first and then mix? I usually just plug the heater in my brute, and wave maker, and i just add the salt. And mix it. Does it matter? Unless im doing it wrong.

Ideally, you would mix it at the temperature of the tank. Salinity decreases as temperature increases. Personally, it’s close enough for me when mixed at room temperature, which is probably about 10 degrees F lower than tank.
