I'm not sure about the flat blue discharge hose, but depending on how light and flexible that you need one possibility to consider is a RV hose for potable water with the metal ends replaced with plastic connections. Good luck with whatever you decide!

I use the Python No Spill hose to run about 65 feet from my station to the tank. Also use the green hook filler attachment. Very easy to use. I have 2500 sqft of new wood floors and don't need anymore spills.
Depending on how much water flow you need, you'd be surprised at how much you can move through a 3/8" id silicone hose. I use 50' lengths of it all the time for 28-gallon water changes with minimal pump effort up/down 5-6 foot heads.
